So here's a "Step-by-Step Plan" to get you
started on a shoestring budget:

If you don't have any money to get started...

First... read all of my emails and all of
my articles on internet marketing and MLM. I
have packed a lot of information on how to
do everything into them.

is a plan that will definitely work - I

1. First thing to do is to build a list.
this is the best and easiest way to go.

You will need a list of people including
their emails to market to.

Here's how to build one:

2. Go to http://www.ezinearticles.com and
read some of their articles on Network
Marketing and MLM.

3. Focus your articles on "How to Build MLM
Online" - it will give you much higher
response to your articles. There's way too
much competition in the plain old vanilla
Internet Marketing niche or Make Money Online.

4. Write 4 or 5 articles using what you
have learned from other articles and web
sites -they don't have to be in depth - just
interesting.

5. Register at Ezine Articles - it's free:

and post some of your articles to this
directory. People will read them and join
your list. It really will happen - you'll be
amazed!

6. Combine those first few articles into a
short book to give away free at your webpage.

7. You'll get easier results if you can
afford a website.Register a website at

http://www.GoDaddy.com

It costs around US $12 to
register the domain name and US $4 per month
to host the site.

8. Build a squeeze page - see my articles
on this.

9. Register at AWeber:

Go to the very bottom of the page and click
on "Create your Account"

Current cost is $19 per month and hasn't
changed in quite awhile.

If you can't afford this then start with
the autoresponder at SFI as a beginning
step. It's free but as your business grows
you'll want something more hands free.

10. Create an opt-in box - also called a
"webform" - at Aweber and paste the code
into your squeeze page.

11. Create a download page on your website
and upload your free book to this page.

12. Continue to write and post as many
articles as you can to Ezine Articles. One
article per day is ideal but even one per
week will get you started.

Once you have mastered the writing and
posting of articles you can start a blog and
post your articles there and also to other
article directories like Go Articles and
Article Dashboard.

Just Google "Article Directories" and
choose the top 5 listings that show up.

14. Adapt these articles as follow up
emails on your autoresponder - you'll need
about 20 emails eventually.

Or better still, because they're focussed
on SFI... just copy and adapt these emails
I am sending you.

In the early days it will take you a while
to write your first few articles but
eventually you will be able to do each
article in 15 to 20 minutes.

You have some learning to do to get up to
speed on this, but this list building plan
is very inexpensive - about $25 per month
and absolutely definitely gets results.

a good time to get on with brainstorming and come up with
exactly "why" you would like a successful online business and
what sort of business that should be.

Here's a plan of action to build a successful SFI business -
that really works.

Follow these action steps and your Online Success is assured.

And become an "EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE" as soon as you can…
after you get your commission it's only $20 a month… probably
the lowest cost business on the web!

If you don't qualify at the Executive Affiliate level you
lose your Powerline after 30 days and you can't earn
commissions from the sales made by the affiliates you recruit
which are the biggest part of your SFI compensation package.

Your success will be faster if you have a Website or a Blog
but it's not absolutely essential. Blogs are free at Blogspot
so why not start one anyway.

Success will come from your list, so build a list of
interested visitors to your site and send them content rich
emails!

In fact your most important marketing task is to build a
list of interested subscribers and keep in contact with them
by providing them with valuable information.

If you would like to save time and effort, please go ahead
and copy my emails and send them to your list of prospects as
you receive them from me. I've checked them for spam content
so they have a high deliverability rate!

Statistics show that on average you will need to contact
your interested prospects 7 times before they take action and
respond, or even open your email.

Here's How To Get Visitors To Enroll In Your List!

You can get by without a website, and it's certainly better to have one if you can afford it, so if you do decide to get a website then it only needs to be one page, an "enrollment page"... sometimes called a "squeeze page".

This is simply a single webpage whose only function is to encourage visitors to enroll in your offer. If it's a webpage then it will need to have a "webform" where visitors can subscribe and their information is forwarded to your autoresponder. You only need their first name and email to begin.

You are supplied with an Enrollment Page and an Autoresponder and Emailing System by SFI so if you're not web savvy and don't want to spend the $30 a month or so to get a webpage and autoresponder like AWeber then use the SFI webpage to enroll your visitors.

You can send all of your leads there... from your Pay-per-Click ads, your articles (more on this later), your forum posting your online ads or your Blog.

is a great place to start your forum posting.

You can easily add more pages to your website as you go and they can all be simple. You can find lots of easy to use software to do this. You can use MS Frontpage if it came with your MS Office package. You don't need to go to the expense of buying Adobe Dreamweaver at this time but if you're serious it is a good thing to have down the road.

If you like to write then Article Marketing is for you - I use it a lot.

Write 5 Articles on the topic of Online Business or Network Marketing or Motivation and turn them into an eBook. If you don't have a website you can email the book to them.

To attract visitors to opt-in to your list you need a fr3e gift to give away on your squeeze page.

You can simply offer an online "how-to" course in how to be successful online and copy my emails for your course.

A "how-to" eBook about online success that you write yourself is another great way to do it. And since article writing is a great way to attract visitors to your site you can start off your online promotion program by publishing these 5 articles on the article directories like Ezine Articles:

20 Critical Steps To Online Success--Step by Step Campaign to Get You Off To A Fast Start!

I so often get asked: "What exactly do I need to do to get started and be successful Online?"

My answer is always: First build your list!

Article Writing is the cheapest and fastest way to start to build your email list. Here are the Steps I recommend you take. Copy this article and begin to follow these steps.

1. Decide what sort of business you want to be in on the web. What do you have a strong interest in?

2. Decide what you want to sell.

3. Find some "affiliate products" in that niche and register to market them. Digital "how-to" Books and Reports are the easiest to handle.

4. Get a website of your own. "GoDaddy" costs a few dollars per month for basic site hosting.

5. Write 5 articles of 300 words each on your subject. Create 5 article titles-a series is good. Write down 3 points for each title and begin to write your articles. If you get stuck on one just move to another.

6. Compile your 5 articles into a "Free Book" to give away to your visitors.

7. Write a "Thank you" email for your Auto-responder to send to new subscribers to your list. This email should tell them about the "Verification Email" they will receive and the importance of clicking the verification link.

8. Write a 5 email auto-responder email series to be sent one per day to new subscribers to your list--a thank you email, a teaching email, another free gift email to build trust, another teaching email and finally an email that offers your "for sale" product.

9. Your first "For Sale" product will most likely be an affiliate product.

10. Subscribe to an Auto-responder service: aWeber is excellent.

11. Design your Sales Page and attach your Web Form to allow visitors to register for your FREE Book and Newsletter. Your Auto-responder provider will have instructions on their site to help design your webform.

12. Design your "Download your Book" web page which will be sent by your auto-responder to your visitors who have "opted-in". You can see a sample download page if you choose to Download my Free book at: http://homebasedbusinessontheweb.com/cap/ but you don't need the book cover when you first start out.

13. Launch your website. At this point you will only need to have 2 pages: a Sales or Offering page for you free giveaway plus your Download Page. Keep it simple.

14. Submit your 5 articles to 6 or 7 Article Directories.

15. Start a Blog. It's free and easy.

16. Publish your 5 articles on your blog and "ping" your

17. Continue to write and publish articles every day.

18. You will quite quickly start getting visitors to your site who accept your free offer and are added to your list. They will begin to receive the series of 5 auto-responder emails and some will purchase your product.

19. Send emails to your list on a regular basis and continue to offer affiliate products…but don't overburden them with offers. Give value via information and giveaways. A link to your latest article can be a good giveaway.

20. Compile your first 20 articles into a "for sale" book and offer it for sale in your emails. You can continue the offer indefinitely but should slow down the frequency after the first couple of weeks.

Then just do it all again!

Critical Steps to Online Success - You must have a Website

If you are to succeed online in any significant way then you
must have a website of your own.

Yes…I know you can make some money as an affiliate without
a website but you really limit your options.

Why have a website? You need a website as an interface
for information exchange between you and the clients on
your list. That is a place online where you can give
information about yourself and your clients can communicate
with you.

Until we come up with a better solution, marketing success
online depends on having a list of clients who have
indicated an interest in your niche and are responsive to
your emails. You supply them with valuable information via
your newsletter and from time to time you show them one of
your offerings. Some of them will buy from you if they have
had a good experience with you in the past. You need a
website to make this transaction flow smoothly.

If you are using Article Marketing or Pay-per-Click as
your process to attract clients then you need a website for
them to visit so they can read about you and your offer and
decide if they want to join your Newsletter List or
investigate you Free Offer or whatever else you are
promoting. If they decide they want to proceed further then
they need to be able to communicate with you. You could do
this by email but as the volume of responses begins to pick
up you just won't have the time to handle every individual
response and you'll want to have a Web Form on your webpage
that connects to your auto-responder so they can give you
their contact information.

Once you have their contact information you will want to
respond with a "verification notice" (hosted on your site)
that tells them where to go and how to respond to the email
they will receive from your auto-responder. In these days
of spam email it is critical that the visitor verifies
their willingness to receive your information.

And finally you will want to send them your "download"
page so they can download your free product or make payment
for a paid product.

I think you can see how critical it is to have a website
of your own to make all of this possible. You can have your
own website hosted online for as little as $4 per month so
it really makes sense to take this professional step
forward.
